Not suitable for steel Suitable for core drills

Does not cut through steel, which defeats the purpose of a magnetic drill. It cut off about 1/8 inch before becoming blunt. You get what you pay for.

Pros
  • Industrial and scientific
Cons
  • Expensive

Simply unbeatable for cutting tools

When I first used one of these types of cutters I drilled a lot of holes with my jet drill and these things just can't get any better, I chill through the center with antifreeze and they don't get any better hot. Hole 3/4" through 1/2 AR50 plate in less than 40 seconds.

Pros
  • Industrial drill
Cons
  • No power
