Acubase has been a great tool for our practice. We use it for scheduling and billing. It is easy to set up and use. We have been able to track patient visits, billings, and all other aspects of our practice. I like that it is web based, which helps us be available from anywhere. The ease by which I can enter patient notes is amazing! It's so easy to use that you don't feel like it needs work at all when using this system for your office. There are some times where there isn't an option right offhand if something may happen or how certain things could be done. But in general everything works well with no problems discovered yet since we've been running our clinic out of here.
