Shot of white smoke

Rubber bands for fastening radiators. Feels cheap, looks cheap. Started burning as soon as it was turned on. Don't buy this!

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Good, but not great

Older motherboards do not boot with nvme.

Don't buy this if you want your old PC to boot with nvme. Older motherboards don't support NVME boot, except in rare cases where they've received a firmware update.

Pros
  • Easy Install
Cons
  • Nothing

A required part was missing - quality control is important, YATENG!

My kit was missing one key piece: a longer black screw, which is required if you can't use either of the two factory-installed 2280 M.2 mounts. Without this long screw it is not possible to mount a mounting post for other sizes, such as e.g. B. 2242 (which I needed) to attach. This made the product unusable for me. I was also very annoyed at the need for assembly. The adapter must be shipped with a standard size connector bracket already attached to the board. I like that you can use the card…

Pros
  • Nice
Cons
  • Too long to wait

How to install an M2 board if the instructions confuse you.

Mine arrived and works. However, the documentation was pretty terrible when it came to installation instructions. You get a package of various screws, but the documentation seems to indicate there must be one more component - mounting posts. In fact, it's bolted to the board. Confusingly, there are also fixed mount points at the end of each slot. DO NOT TRY TO FORCE THE FINAL STANDARDS like some guy probably tried to do in January 2019 and then complain about the poor quality of the material…

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • No

The company provided excellent support and assistance

Review of Dual M.2 PCIE to SATA or PCIE NVMe SSD Adapter sold by Yateng and currently at https://smile .amazon.com/dp/B07JKH5VTL can be found. I had to contact Yateng and given the time zone difference and international date line, they were extremely responsive and helpful. I had to use an adapter to allow NVMe 2242 SSD as my motherboard was designed exclusively for 2280th SSD (larger length). I based my decision on this drive because the SSD was M+B keyed and it can be difficult to find…

Pros
  • Serial Adapters
Cons
  • Slightly Torn

The company has provided great support and assistance

Overview of dual M.2 PCIE to SATA or PCIE NVMe SSD adapters sold by Yateng currently available at https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07JKH5VTL. I had to contact Yateng and accommodate the different time zones and International Date Line found them extremely responsive and helpful. I had to use an adapter to allow the NVMe 2242 SSD as my motherboard was designed exclusively for the 2280 SSD (larger length). I based my decision on this drive because the SSD was M+B keyed and it can be difficult to find

Pros
  • ➤ An M.2 NVMe SSD interface conversion (M-Key) to a PCIe 3.0 x4 interface (PCIe 2.0 compliant), an M.2 SATA SSD -Interface conversion (B-Key or B+M-Key) to SATA 6Gb/s interface (requires connecting a SATA cable).
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Big. But why should I use it?

1. No m.2 slot on motherboard2. Want to keep all SATA ports intact3. Aesthetics This thing is great for what it does. I have m.2 slots on my z390 MSI Gaming Edge AC motherboard, but I didn't want to put the m.2 nvme in the connector next to the i9 9900k, I wanted to put it next to the GPU. If I used the m.2 slot under my GPU I would lose 2 SATA ports. Then things get clean. You can insert the PCIe card into the bottom slot or the slot under your graphics card. Just make sure you don't use your…

Pros
  • ➤ With advanced heatsink solution, 24 x 5 copper PCB hole, efficient ventilation and heat dissipation, including 2 heatsinks
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Works perfectly! - But need more detailed instructions - Read my

Gen 3 x4 PCIE slot. Therefore, although the Yateng board shares the PCIE bus with the nVidia GTX 1070 Super x16 graphics card, the performance of the Samsung 970 EVO PLUS is close to maximum and faster than my 512Gb/s KIOXIA system hard drive (a subsidiary of Toshiba ) . Windows 10 Pro ver. Calculator 2004. The instructions for installing the heatsink on the NVME drive board are clear enough BUT at least for the first installation, the silica gel does not make contact between the back of the…

Pros
  • ➤ Supports 2230, 2242, 2260, 2280, 22110mm M.2 SSDs
Cons
  • Ugly Packaging
