Improved noise dampening over OEM designs. NOTE: There are two different production versions of this fuel pump due to improvements. One with 2-piece housing bolted-together, while the other with improved crimped unibody design. Fit and functions are identical, but appearances are different. You may receive any one from these.

Fits perfectly and works right out of the box

Fits perfectly and works right out of the box. Instead of a glass fuel tank, install a fuel filter in front of the pump and save time and money.

Works great - fuel pumps and accessories

Perfect for my 1955 235 stove. Developed for modern gasoline containing ethanol. Alcohol is rough on original pump diaphragms. I can recommend this fuel pump.

Quality product from Airtex.

Arrived on time and as expected perfect for my '53 Chev with 235 engine. What a relief - the old one was leaking at the top and smelling in the garage.

Not the pump shown in the picture

The fuel pump shown in the picture is NOT the pump you will receive. If you need an OEM style pump, keep looking. The mounting flange is almost twice as thick as the original pump, so the standard mounting bolts will be too short. Due to the limited working space, this fact alone has turned this normally simple R&R into a real pain in the neck. Additionally, the fuel inlets and outlets don't match the factory fuel lines, so the fuel lines will have to be reconnected if you want this thing toโ€ฆ
