Good price for a good product. I use this to carry a 24ft ladder up my Prius. Probably not the smartest idea as the ladder is quite heavy, but so far it has worked well, especially with the included clamps to further secure your item.

I have a fixed kayak and 2 inflatables. I've wanted to install roof racks on my car for a long time to carry all the kayaks. But when I saw this thing on Facebook, I wanted to try it. It is very easy to attach to the car and holds without any problems. I recommend it to anyone who needs extra space for transportation but doesn't want to spend money on installing shelves.

Used for two kayaks on Kia Soul (no roof rack). As mentioned in other reviews, the foam padded shoulder straps are not very long. They worked for the Kia Soul but were too short for the Jeep Wrangler. We used it on a jeep by attaching the kayaks with straps attached to the foam and attaching longer straps to the roof inside the jeep. Easy-to-use hood foam devices are also essential to prevent kayaks from sliding backwards.

Got this after extensive research into transporting a kayak on my Infiniti sedan without a roof rack. It's amazing and I love that the whole system is a soft system with no metal edges. All buckles have a soft fabric backing in case they come in contact with a car or kayak (I don't have one). I like that it is universal and suitable for any car. I use these to carry my SUP. You were safe. Highly recommended as an alternative to spending over $400 on installed racks. They're not as cool as "real racks", so what? Nobody cares but you! This roof rack is easy to use, very strong and very reliable. Unfortunately it's not nearly wide enough for my canoe on my minivan.
