Type of review

Pots and pans with a solid coating have always been my favourites. I read reviews that this pot is cheap. Not so! I bought this pot to steam corn on the cob. It's hard work and she's doing a great job. Steamed corn has never been better. I can cook 14 large eggs in this hard boiled or stuffed egg casserole. I can steam vegetables and potatoes for family gatherings. Great, but I use this pot all the time. As for cleaning, very easy.

Pros
  • More durable than traditional pans for a lifetime; stainless steel cover; Stainless steel handles firmly attached with stainless steel rivets
Cons
  • A few little things

Made in China Best in Steamers

I read the packaging when this product arrived. It said "Made in China". I never opened it. He will be returned. I refuse to pay high All Clad prices for anything made in China. When I first started looking for new cookware, I had two requirements - stainless steel and made in the USA. All Clad's facility is located in Pennsylvania. I bought a couple of pots that were on sale. Now I have to look elsewhere for other dishes. It is also a pity that I cannot simply return this item. I need to find…

A two-handled steamer is just what you need.

I wasn't exactly looking for an all-clad when I was looking for a big vegetable steamer. However, this was the only one I found in this size with the type of steamer basket I was looking for. The dual handle steamer is the only option if you don't want to burn your hands. We had another type and hated it so much we never used it. The two handles also make it easier to remove the steamer insert to check the water level. more space for vegetables. Our little steamer works great most days but is…

All-Clad E414S564 5 liter stainless steel steam cookware

5 liter all purpose pot. Robust all-clad construction and excellent all-clad performance. One of my favorite workhorses, especially when cooking for one or two people. The perfect ship. Ideal for soups, stews, curries and stews. Ideal for almost all noodles such as rice, mongoose, sweet potatoes, buckwheat or wheat. Thanks to the aluminum base and the curved body, the water boils quickly. He also has a good answer. Ideal for steaming eggs instead of hard-boiling them. This pot effortlessly…

The best frying pan I own! for steamers

This is the best pan in my kitchen! You can use it as a steamer or as a delicious soup pot. I mainly use it for soups. Every time I put the soup on the fire, I'm just amazed at how quickly it heats up and how well the heat is distributed. I really love this pan! Some reviews complain about stains, but I don't mind a few stains when the pan cooks so well. I find it very easy to clean. I also like how the lid is balanced. When preparing soup, I like to leave the lid slightly open, which is a…

The best crock pot in my kitchen

I have a full set of 5 tier All-Clad with a copper strip and I love them. I missed my 4 liter Farberware pan. It was a good size for steaming some veggies and soup and I liked the shape and two handles rather than one long one. I also wanted to replace the tall 8 liter soup pot with a removable non-stick coating. This 5 liter steamer is the perfect replacement for both pots. It's not as heavy as my 5-layer set which makes it a bit easier to handle, it's perfect for small soup recipes, heats…
