I bought 3 of these thermometers. Water got into one of them and it stopped working. You can see water droplets in the window of it. It had to be waterproof. I ordered it on February 28th. The returns window closed in April and stopped working in May. Lifetime guarantee? How do I get a replacement?

Great thermometer! Comes in a beautiful packaging, ideal for a gift. Super easy to use and has a meat temperature guide. My other thermometer did not have a backlight and was a handheld dial thermometer that was difficult to read. You can't guess with this thermometer. The bottle opener is a great bonus! I wish there were more colors. Will be ordering more for the grill masters of my life in the future. Great Father's Day gift.

Haven't had the chance to use this on an outdoor grill but have used it in the kitchen a few times and am glad I did. If I didn't have it, I would be serving meat that "looked" well below safe temperatures! I used to have and regularly use an Alpha Grillers Instant Read meat thermometer and have been very happy with it. I replaced it because it was worn out despite changing the battery. This new model calculates the temperature slowly, the previous model reached it quickly. The display on this model flashes frequently when reading, so it is difficult to tell when the temperature recording has ended. I had high hopes for this unit when I bought it. Unfortunately, I only used it after the return period had expired and found it useless except for a bottle opener. I recalibrated per the instructions that came with it, replaced the battery and still not good. I thought I was just unlucky until I contacted Alpha Grillers.
