Production uses inferior parts, mainly bearings. The alternator makes a loud noise at 1750 rpm for the first 10 miles. I took it off and it's hard to turn. I suspect bad bearings. Returned.

Perfect fit when replacing some parts on an old alternator. The stud for the HOT wire is too long to fit properly and the wire from the condenser is at the wrong angle. But with some changes I had no problem installing it.

It didn't fit directly, the o-ring was too thick to fit the motor. I had to use an o-ring from an old alternator. The positive brace was too high and hit the frame so I had to remove the shorter one from the old alternator and use that.

The alternator I received worked as it should but I expected the alternator to be as pictured which is what I thought I was getting and due to the fact that it was exactly the same as that I received a replacement. The one I received was similar to the attached photo and looked more like an OEM alternator. After checking the shipping box, it was from the correct seller.

The generator I received appeared to be well built but had a few issues that made installation difficult. The ends of the four blades that engaged the engine were very rough and could not easily penetrate the vibro-rubber. I had to iron. Also, the output cable stand was too long and interfered with the frame, making installation impossible. Had to replace a pin from an old alternator to fit. The rest works fine. 13.5 volts at idle, 13.9 at 3000 rpm.
