Perfect for my acrylics

I love painting portraits with acrylics and I love using this palette. I just squeeze out the colors I need and have enough space to mix the colors. When I'm done, just throw the sheet in the trash. Much easier to clean up when I'm done painting.

Necessary! best in Palette Paper

This is a real time saver and a great help for acrylic and oil artists of all skill levels. Plenty of space for mixing colors and even storing them for later use when they dry. For example, if you want to buy curtains, wall paint, or even a rug that will go well with a painting you've made, simply take your saved palette to the store instead of carrying the painting or bringing color samples home. organization and makes cleaning much easier. I highly recommend this palette!

Pros
  • Quick change
Cons
  • Expandable

These 3 sets of Revain Basics Palette Blocks worked great for what I wanted them for this summer. I had children, nieces and nephews who were engaged in handicrafts and art, and this was very useful to me. The paper is a good thickness that works well with almost any color without bleeding through and also has a nice texture to draw on. Excellent basic notebooks for creativity and crafts - for adults and children! Two thumbs up from me for that!

Great economical palette for oil or acrylic!

Excellent work of art! You can use these palette sheets while painting and then throw them away when you're done with them. No scraping or cleaning the pallet for reuse. I had some new oil paints that I wanted to create a color chart for and didn't want to use canvas for this. So I used one of these sheets. It worked great! I could also write the names of the colors under the swatches. I noticed my new colors didn't have purple, so I brushed on French Ultramarine Blue, Thalo Red Rose, and…

5 stars as a paper palette for colors but not for other work

I give these blocks 5 stars for their purpose. These are single sheet pallets for use with specialty inks for this specialty paper. Then I have to explain to the buyers that I made a mistake by asking Vine for confirmation. I am a grandfather who loves to draw myself and also enjoys doing art projects with his grandchildren. I figured this paper would work for paint and other materials, from kids' crayons to my artist pencils. In fact, the coated surface prevents such use, as the attached photo

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Poor instructions

Definitely exceeds my expectations!

These three pallet pads give me 120 sheets of 9" x 12" pallet paper and should last quite a while. They are comparable in quality to other brands on the market and at a great price! They are described as intended for oil and acrylic paints, but I think they work with watercolors too. I plan to use them with oil paints for plein air painting. The paper is white, which gives me a better view of the colors I'm mixing. Some artists prefer a neutral gray palette, so the colors in the shadows are…

Pros
  • Very good value for money

  • Unbelievable price
