We have had two different coats from this brand and the zippers are cheap and either break easily or come to you broken. For this price you should be able to get a coat that works but not this one.

My son keeps losing jackets at school. I decided to buy him a cheaper version of his Nike jacket. To be honest, they're just as good without the Nike logo. I have Walmart Essentials. I like the feel of the material. It feels better than many well-known brands.

This is the second one I bought for my child growing up. He loves her. My son has a sensory processing disorder and hates big puffy coats, hates even being a little hot and thicker coats are too heavy for him. They are perfect and keep him warm over a sweatshirt. I wouldn't expect it to be warm enough to play in the snow, but as long as it's a mild New England winter day, it's comfortable to run outside or commute to and from school. If you find them on sale these coats in particular are such great value for a well made coat. This season I bought three for all my three children and they are very good for school, traveling and playing outside at home. They are light, comfortable and keep you warm.

This jacket was shredded in our dryer along with a bunch of cotton and polyester clothes that came out just fine. My son lasted a month with occasional use. Save money and buy something else

Decent jacket for the price, will definitely dress my son in long sleeves if we're out late. I like the hood, he likes to pull the hoods down or take them off but he can't with that. I ordered 3T for my 2 year old, he is bigger for his age.

Everything OK. It fits a little for my slim 10 year old. He tried it on with a long-sleeved, rather thin shirt. I think the next size up would be MUCH LARGE. We could just use a little more space in it. Although the coat is decent.

I washed according to the label but the zipper broke and the jacket cannot be used. I called CS and all they could do was return 4.00; You will not replace the item. COMPLETE DAMAGE AND IRRITATION.

The big one was too big for our 8 year old, I'm sure he will grow into it. It's lightweight and travel-friendly. It stayed dry in light rain.

It was the perfect lightweight jacket for our son. We have a few extra cold days but mostly all we need is a decent jacket to throw on a long sleeve shirt. It was perfect and comes with a small bag to pack in case we need it when travelling. I recommend!

My son loved this must-have coat from Walmart. It was beautiful, light and comfortable. The only problem is that my son was so rough with his clothes that within a couple of months he was tearing them up. The jacket lasted about two months before several holes appeared in it. If you have a child who treats clothes badly, such a coat will not last long. Kind of disappointed.

The jacket is very soft, light, my son likes it. Good for "cold" per se, and I think with layers you could get warmer under 30 (just a guess at the moment). I haven't tested the water resistance, but the material handles light rain well and dries fairly quickly. Washed, dried and everything seems fine. inside pockets. Down jacket style but not over the top and a lot more flexible than some of these styles so it feels like she can actually move. Increase the size if your child is not small/thin.

I bought this purely as a warm layer for day hikes and emergencies. It will live in my son's backpack that stays in the car, so I deliberately bought it too big.
