Finally got around to fitting a trailer spare tire cover. Disappointed as soon as I opened the packaging. The cover is THIN PAPER and cheaply made. I thought it would be ok for a replacement trailer cover, WRONG! The seam broke as soon as it was placed on the tire. And yes, it was the right size for the tire size. I am returning for a refund and will not buy from this manufacturer again. I wish I had read the reviews a little better.

I bought this beautiful white spare wheel cover for my new wheeled trailer. A little tight but I guess you don't want it to be loose. Now that I've had it for a few months, this cover has turned a striking shade of yellow. Not sure if it's from the sun itself or if the new tire somehow seeps through the material (in either case the manufacturer probably didn't use the best material). I believe it still protects the tire from the sun's rays. .

We have a 1977 Dodge Landau. The original spare tire was showing its age, so I ordered this one until I found one of those Continental fiberglass tires with a stainless steel band. The quality of this tire is far from the original but for the price it looks like it will be durable enough to last us at least a year. This mostly white Eagle sleeve fits perfectly on my Jeep's outer rear spare tire. Being mostly white, it should protect the spare tire from wear and tear while reflecting the hot summer sun. It seems to be well made with good materials so I hope it lasts at least a couple of years. I had to glue a fair bit of strong material to the center back to give it extra strength for the round hole I had to cut out in the center to get past the rear camera. I like white. White reflects the sun's rays. The black coating absorbs the sun's heat, causing the tire under the coating to get hotter. The elastic band on the back helps keep the cover on the hoop. The cover fits my 75 R15 tires and looks great. The cap was a bit difficult to put on, but the snug fit should help keep it on the hoop.
