Bought to feed my shrimp. The package comes quickly. And the box was great. A smaller box for the bowl and a large styrofoam box for the tube. The only problem is that the hose is bigger than expected. Although i love it. Will be buying again soon for my other shrimp tanks

This glass feeding tube was ideal for targeting my aquarium raised mandarine dragons, which are only about 1/2 inch long each. I loaded some pellets through the tube into the feeder and as the day progressed they got used to going in and eating feed without bothering with the other fish in my tank. I highly recommend this if you are trying to feed less aggressive species at home.

Works great with my African Dwarf Frogs! It will be easier for them to find food and it will be easier for me to clean up leftovers. BUT PLEASE note that these frogs are so small and fragile that they can get stuck if there is enough space in the pipe. their head sticks out, then they will climb on it curiously, unaware that they may fall into a trap. I only use the probe to feed them pellets but other than that I would recommend but with extra care :)

I bought this hoping to use as a feeder and not just for shrimp. Incredibly, everyone in my aquarium turned to the feeders as soon as I tossed in a few mosquito larvae. Works great! I put the pellets on top and they sink on their own and that prevents other fish from eating them. I tilt the bowl down so that as the granules come out they slide to the opposite side of the bowl. I used to leave too much space between the plate and the tube and the frog swam towards it so I tilt it like in the picture. African Dwarf Frogs are nocturnal but ours sometimes sits in its bowl in the morning when I feed it. Now I can actually see him eating and I'm not worried about…

When I bought his product I was hoping for a product that is low maintenance and also helps keep the fish pellets in an isolated location for easy cleaning. The problem with this product is that food gets stuck in the tube. It's easy to clean as you just need to take a cup of water and pour it into the tube, but in most cases it doesn't clean it completely. I would say if you have this product you should probably take it once a week - at least for rinsing off which doesn't require much…
