🔧 Eliminate Death Wobble with APDTY 133962 Heavy Duty Steering Box Stabilizer Bracket Kit: Includes Grease-able Bearing Review

Excellent product for the money! Really helped tighten the steering on my '05 Cummins. Definitely recommend this product.

I was trying to fit this to my 2006 Dodge 2500 Diesel 4X4 but couldn't fit it. The front swingarm interferes with the unit and I can't bolt it to the frame. This spring I need to modify the device to make it work.

Bearing holes should have been cut. I installed everything freely and there was no way this thing would fit. I had to cut the bearing holes about 1/2 inch toward the front of the car where the panel is weakest. My install time went from 30 minutes to over 3 hours due to loops and multiple adjustments. Very disappointing.

It all came up. I went to other reviews and reassembled it instead of putting it in beforehand and it was very easy. The only problem was that the screws they sent in the kit weren't threaded properly so I had to choose others. The stabilizer bar bolt broke while disassembling, so it took a long time to figure it out. Now it's interesting to try it on the street.

The bolts that come with the truck mount are not screwed in. In the meantime, I could use the factory ones, but I need to buy some because I'm afraid the factory ones aren't long enough to hold the brace securely. Also, the holes for the body, which goes around the elongated bolt shank, weren't in the best alignment. I barely had to put each side on and then twist down, which turned out to be to flex the brace's metal plate to tighten it up.

. Box arrived safe and sound, all parts included. I checked everything, everything is done very well, and the bearing withstands very heavy loads. That being said, I'm fortunate to have access to a full repair shop. Place the tuck on the lifter and follow the instructions. You might want to ignore them to the point where you first level everything (this is a two person job when installing at home and there is no access to an elevator) before tightening anything.
