There is no way this is 55lb

This had to be a bad Motor! It was super slow. Barely faster than the old tired 15 year old 24lb minn Kota that this was supposed to replace. I tried three different batteries with this motor and no difference. I usually get 2.5mph with 24lb motor. 3.6 with a 32lb motor on the same boat. This motor at 55lb maxed out at 2.7mph. This should have been way faster. The steering tightness nob should be on top of the transom mount. not u derneath where its in water if you have to adjust away from the…

Pros
  • Seems to be very good.
Cons
  • Heavy and bulky design, which can be inconvenient to transport and store

Has lots of power. Love the brushless motor.

The motor os brushless and has lots of power. I like the built meter so that you can monitor how much battery life you have left. Lightweight and easy to install. Like the variable speed adjustments, no clicks when speeding up or down.

Pros
  • ‎Hand Control 12V 65LBS
Cons
  • The motor may not be suitable for use in shallower waters, making it less versatile

for salt or fresh water!

great trolling motor! this one is recommended for the Aquos 10.2FT Pontoon boat (inflatable)this one is 12v or 24v smooth in the water not a lot of noise when in the water!

Pros
  • Boat Motors
Cons
  • The motor may not be powerful enough to push the boat against strong winds or currents

Works great but hard on a battery

I think for the size and power of the motor it could use a prop that had a bit more pitch to it . Definitely a weedless motor though .

Pros
  • ‎85 LBS
Cons
  • The motor may not be suitable for use with heavier boats, making it less versatile

A little noisy works good

My boat is relatively small but heavy. This trolling motor moves it just fine. Lightweight and long handle make it a good buy for me.

Pros
  • ELECTRIC MOTOR HAS PERFORMED GREAT....NO COMPLAINTS
Cons
  • Only available in limited voltage options, limiting compatibility with certain boats

Don't waste your money!

This motor quit working 98 days after I received it. It is not designed to work in colder climates and is rather loud for an electric motor.

Pros
  • ‎AQUOS
Cons
  • The motor may require frequent adjustments to maintain proper alignment with the boat

Low battery usage with brushless 65lb

100ah lifepo4 lasts a long time. We fished 9 hours straight mostly at the lowest setting on the haswing brushless trolling motor 65lb thrust, only used just 30% of its capacity in that time. I went 100% power for 20 minutes back to dock. Good motor!

Pros
  • Haswing Transom 12V 65LBS trolling motor equipped with innovative and powerful 12V brushless motor, providing excellent propulsion for a wide range of boats and waterways.
Cons
  • Limited availability in certain regions, making it difficult for some customers to purchase

Nice lightweight 12v brushless trolling motor.

So far this has worked great. I've only used it a handful of times now though so if something goes wrong I will update in the future bit for now so far so good!

Pros
  • ‎49.21 x 12.6 x 6.69 inches
Cons
  • The motor may not be suitable for use in saltwater, leading to corrosion and damage

Price is right! - my new review

Installed on a 14ft skiff. Super powerful but did suck up some battery at WOT. Ran at half on a 29 deep cycle and went 6hrs and still had plenty of juice. Price is right for a saltwater rated trolling motor. Time will tell how long it lasts. But warranty is fantastic

Pros
  • ‎TWO-YEAR WARRANTY ON THE ENTIRE TROLLING MOTOR
Cons
  • The motor may not be compatible with all types of batteries, leading to additional costs

Bad seal-grease leakage

First 15 trial run was no leak. Easy to use, but hard to tell when the hand remote needs to be charged.. In the second run for 30mins usage, it’s leaking grease already from the seal.

Pros
  • Easy to use, but hard to tell when the hand remote needs to be charged.
Cons
  • High price point, making it inaccessible to budget-conscious customers
