Great for filling holes to keep mice out.

Great for filling holes to keep mice away! Love that it's SS and won't rust when used in wet areas! Just be careful when breaking into sections - individual strands easily cut through your skin! Very obvious but easy to forget. :-)

Pros
  • Assorted 6 packs, two (2) each: Fine, Medium, Coarse. Resistant to chipping, lasts longer than traditional carbon steel wool. Doesn `t rust!
Cons

Everything seems to be fine. I originally bought these to finely sand pieces of wood that the sander couldn't reach. Not very happy. I learned how difficult it is to wear work gloves when using these steel wool pads as I ended up with some steel splinters in my hand/fingers.

Pros
  • Ideal for waxing, cleaning glass or glazed tiles, thermal insulation, paint removal and more!

Hooray for steel wool that won't rust or fall apart!

I've had the same dishwashing pad since I bought it - about a month - and it still hasn't rusted, even after multiple uses! So happy! I'd rather pay a little more than regular steel wool kitchen rugs and get something useful than pay less for something I basically use once before having to throw it out and use a new one.

Pros
  • Coarse = #3 - #4 (120 microns); Medium = #1 - #1 2 (80 microns); Fine = #0 - #00 (50 microns).
Cons
  • Big and chunky
