They work better than the $50 box in Napa. The flange sticks out a little more than the nuts, but you won't accidentally poke them through the sheet metal. They handle more torque than some of the others I've used.

Not installed yet but looks the same as before. Will update the review if there are obvious inconsistencies, I don't expect them at first glance. Update 9/15/20 have used them several times since purchase and love them. Simplifies every screw on the project, gives a very nice clean factory look. It was held tight after a few disassemblies and bolts to the parts without removing them with significant torque. These are 6mm threaded inserts not designed for towing etc. Use them with common sense…
