Economical and reliable.

No complaints, it is essential to install a filter on the pressure side, as this is primarily used to ensure that parts that fall out, such as e.g. B. a control ball does not get into your injection system. Used with a diesel, seems to work fine.

Pros
  • Electric fuel pumps
Cons
  • Miscellaneous

Gasoline was only enough for 25 liters.

I bought two 70 gallon tanks on a boat that had sat for 2 years to pump out. The gas stabilized but was not suitable for incineration and therefore had to be disposed of. Filled the pump with five 5 gallon buckets and then it stopped. There is no suction at all. There is no way to open or serve. Now he's on his next tour of the recycling plant.

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Update available

An inexpensive way to pump out a boat, generator, etc.

Look, everyone wants their $18 device to last 10 years. But if you need 10 years of service, you need to spend $180, not $18. I used it to drain my boat's tank through a 20 foot gas hose. I was on deck with the tank below me so he pulled the gas up at least 24 inches. The self-priming function is important. After about 10 seconds it started dripping. Slow? Yes. So be patient. You'll need to add any 12V connection, be it battery clamps or power plugs. They give you about 6 inches of wire to work

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Not everything fits
