Opened the package and started unpacking parts for assembly. From this point it got even worse - almost all of the pre-drilled holes were knocked out on the finished side, and many of the parts had imperfections in the (vinyl?) wood, such as scratches. The legs are just cheap plastic tubes and I doubt they will hold much weight. I decided not even bother with the assembly, everything is so bad.

This chest is worth the money. That being said my husband spent the morning putting it together and went to the hardware store to get some pins as the originals looked very cheap. The pre-drilled holes for the drawer slides didn't line up and needed some adjustment to make the drawers open easily. This was NOT a simple furniture assembly.

Not assembled yet. I went for nicer handles, which of course increases the price. I can live with brown plastic legs, but white plastic handles just don't fit. All the details feel heavy, and at this price point, of course, it's ordinary wood-grain chipboard. Although they usually try to make the handles out of metal even if they are out of plastic. not this one. Spring. You get what you pay for. After spending $15 on different pens, I could have found another one I liked better for the same…

It was literally the cheapest dresser that suited my needs. The quality is below average (chips and scratches are SUPER light), but for under $130 I'm not expecting a great example. I have bought several other smaller dressers around this price with heavier laminate and have seen other dressers of the same size and price but we don't have the same colour. That's it.
