I just installed this on my 03 TJ. I had a stock throttle body that sat on one of those stupid washers. I had no problems, I just wanted a new one in there. It had everything I needed, was easy to install and worked right out of the box. I removed the spacer notorious for doing nothing. Expect it to work well, just don't expect it to add horsepower. Update: I rode the dunes where the climbs are really tough. The jeep began to pull better and did not lose power like before. Great progress.

Terrible packaging. For the 1999 TJ1 I had to redo a lot of things. The OEM card sensor will not fit without shaving the semsoe and adding 4 washers. It also made the factory tire unsuitable so I had to make a new one out of the 45 knee I had. The gaskets are significantly thinner than the OEM, eliminating the use of the long throttle stop screw.3. This TB was added to a 2003 Wrangler TJ. The packaging is good, everything you need was in the box. The original TB was 58mm, this BBK was 62mm. It doesn't feel like a huge upgrade, but it does allow a lot more air to flow into the intake manifold. At the same time I added K&N FIPK Part #57-1514-1. I have been upgrading and/or modifying my 1998 XJ for the last almost 5 years. New cooling system, charging system, wiring, alternator, battery, timing chain, RMS and high flow coil and muffler. This is probably the best and most economical upgrade I could do. I saved it for last as it's expensive but now that it's in stock I feel stupid waiting until now. Works great and I felt a power increase, the throttle is faster but to connect an electrical connector I had to sand down the side of the throttle body where it attaches for a connector to fit which is the only reason 4 star rating. For the money you would think they will fix this problem before it leaves the factory or at least have it checked for quality control. Received the throttle body and installed it just a month after purchase. After a week of installation, a vacuum escaped from the shaft seal. I contacted BBK because Revain was unable to help as my return date had already passed. The manufacturer stated that they had never had a throttle shaft damage. Easy to install in 30 minutes. Turned it on and immediately noticed the difference. From idle to 3500 rpm it definitely makes a difference. It is installed on a 2000 Jeep Cherokee XJ Sport 4.0L. Arrived on time, installed in minutes with components present. The supplied gaskets seal well and the supplied 5mm hex screws also fit perfectly. If you bolt this throttle body to my 1994 4.0L intake you will notice an obvious drop from 62mm in the throttle body to 60mm in the intake but I noticed an immediate increase in throttle response!
