Good quality for the price

The quality is decent, solid. Ease of installation. The only downside is that they are a bit stiff, but they can loosen up over time.

Plate does not fit standard holes

They looked good but unfortunately the plates do not fit any of my standard door holes. Sent back because I don't want to re-drill all the doors.

Product with excellent value for money.

In general, the goods are 4 stars. I think it's great that the handles are universally suitable for left- or right-handers. Matte black finish. Lies smoothly in the hand with no sharp edges. The locking mechanism could have run smoother, which is why 1 star was deducted.

Very easy to install

I have never changed a door handle but I could do anything. I know how to use a drill, but I'm definitely not a handyman. I was very lucky that all the holes already drilled in my doors matched perfectly. The small piece of metal that fits in the door jamb was a different shape and I didn't want to get out the chisel and make a new shape in the door so I took the old caps and painted them black. Very nice handles; Great price

I ordered this set of four door handles to slowly start replacing our current old style handles with these new and sharper handles. At the time of writing, a set of four pens is $57, which works out to about $14.25 per pen, which isn't too bad if you've been to a major hardware store recently. Difficult assembly for me, incomprehensible and incomplete instructions

I got it to replace door handles that are probably 20 years old, so not very old. However, the holes I had for these doorknobs didn't match these, so I had to drill a bit to get them to fit. The locking mechanism is rectangular instead of round. I know things have changed over time so be careful when buying these in place of old doorknobs. The other parts didn't fit either. If you want the latch mechanism to fit snugly against the edge of the door, you'll need to sand it down a bit so it sits…
