Today I received this replacement, I installed it. Just to clarify, I've replaced many doorknobs in the past, at least not the first time. When I received it I pulled out all the parts to inspect. Everything seemed fine so I pulled out my old doorknob. As soon as I installed the new handle, I noticed that the inside handle with the latch didn't work at all. The outside handle worked well.
