This cable worked well and looks like it would fit well. The outer sleeve appears to be more pliable than the rubber used on the old SO type line. But I see no reason why it shouldn't work well for most applications.

I ordered this cable to hook up my trailer for lighting. Here we tow on gravel roads and the double insulated wire holds up well. The wire and insulation seem to be high quality, I expect to buy more.

Installation on this 20ft pontoon trailer was very easy. The wire itself, wrapped in the outer shell, tidied up the zipper that connected the wire to the frame. Used bullet crimp connectors combined with silicone paste and heat shrink tubing (with glue) for an organized and tidy look. I highly recommend this wire!

Junk Junk Junk! Review 11 months after purchase and installation, corrosion has crept into the wire and most of it has corroded to the point of complete brittleness, bent and crumbling! Waste of money and man-hours for assembly and dismantling! Don't waste money! Most reviews of this product are when the wire is new, not a year later when it has turned to scrap!

This wiring harness is well protected by the outer shell. The wire is heavy and strong. I used a junction box on the trailer tongue to connect the pigtail to the tow vehicle and this wiring harness. The wiring harness runs the full length of the trailer to the taillights. The center side marker lights were connected to the junction box with a smaller wire harness. All lights share a common ground wire instead of trying to use the trailer frame as a common ground. All connections are soldered…
