One of the two bells of the first order was broken upon delivery. Got a replacement but one broke after a few uses. Very disappointed grandchildren.

One bell rang and the other failed until after about 8 rings both worked normally again. I just completed my 30 day return window and am stuck with two broken bells. Not cool.

This is amazing quality and a great price compared to the store set we almost bought when we bought my daughter's bike. Definitely glad we looked at Amazon first. It is excellent.

These bells are more for beauty because they are so quiet that no one will hear them unless they have excellent hearing or it's midnight in an open amphitheater. Rather than buying them, I would suggest going to a bike shop and ringing the bell you're planning to buy to make sure it's within human hearing threshold.

If they were a little cheaper they would be free. So I got her. They do their job but I wish I had gone with a slightly louder (probably bigger) call. They're small and set up in seconds, but not as loud as some I've heard, but still loud enough to let pedestrians on our bike lanes know we're coming. So I can't say they're bad.

Pros: Easy to install. One bike has a bell on the left handlebar, the other bike has a ball on the right handlebar. There are no problems using the call from either side. Decent value for money. Cons: The bell makes a quick and easy 'ring', I was expecting a longer 'chime' (perhaps more common on kids' bike bells). Feels a bit cheap, not sure how well it will hold up over time, but so far so good.

We received some new e-bikes for recreational use on paved bike paths. There was no bell or horn on the bikes to alert others that you were approaching from behind. Since we have folding bikes the handlebars aren't very wide so we needed something smaller but loud enough for others to hear. They are well suited for our purpose. Small but effective.
