Great product but may not fit your narrower 700c road bike

Excellent build quality. Once the bike is set up, it becomes pretty stable. It fits perfectly on my wife's bike which has a lot of play between the wheel hub and the frame of the bike. However, this doesn't work for my bike, which has much less ground clearance (see photo). The higher part of the fork touches the frame of the bicycle on which the rear wheel is mounted. As a result, the bike will not move down the fork and will not be secured.

Pros
  • Car Rack, Transport & Storage
Cons
  • Very expensive

Holds my bike and looks good!

It was originally facing out and on the front tire of the road bike I had. I bought a new bike with disc brakes and had to deal with the hub and it still works great. Excellent quality and good looks. Sometimes when my bike is not docked and Roomba is cleaning it, it can sometimes get stuck on the stand. it happened twice. but most of the time the Roomba just can't handle it, so it doesn't matter. When my bike is docked and Roomba is running, the stand keeps everything stable.

Quality product but not suitable for my bike

I gave this stand five stars on all counts because it fits all categories very well. But big here - this 29er 700c rear hub mount didn't fit front or rear due to space limitations caused by the disc brake systems on my 2019 Canondale Trail 2 mtn bike front and rear. I even tried installing on the non-disc side of the front wheel but ended up almost breaking the bearing collar. Bought it after reading mixed reviews - some said the discs got in the way, others said it worked on their disc brake…
