Fits Honda 07 CBR600rr Rear Shock Wrench

I bought this wrench to adjust the rear shock on my 2007 Honda CBR600rr. When fully open, the wrench mates nicely with the wrench on the rear shock. I used a 1" x 18" metal rod and slightly rotated the nut two steps. A 1 inch rod fits on the end of the key.

The right tool is the best of power tools and hand tools

I bought and returned three different sets of ring wrenches while desperately trying to remove the steering nut on my CBR. Finally the right tool. This is for those weird castle nuts/not perfectly square nuts that you need wrenches for.

Pros
  • Adjustable Wrenches
Cons
  • Updates

Just what my Yamaha XS650 steering stem needs

Replaced steering stem bearings on my 1977 XS650 and this tool I hate I had to buy to get rid of castle nut lock washers (or something else). called) problem-free. It's basically an adjustable shock wrench - I tried using a shock wrench on my bike but it just wasn't reliable enough to get all the torque I needed. This tool's ability to be regulated made all the difference. And hey, if you lost your shock absorber, now you have it too.

Pros
  • Power and hand tools
Cons
  • Some trouble

Exactly what I needed.

Before purchasing this tool I used the old fashioned hammer and screwdriver method. This tool makes tightening and loosening the steering column bearings easier and gives you more feel than my previous method of tightening the bearings. Others commented that the metal used is not meant for heavy use but is all that is needed for the steering column bearings. Worked great for me and I'm glad he bought it for my bikes.

Pros
  • Masterfully crafted from the highest quality materials
Cons
  • So far so good

Replaced the steering stem bearings on my '77 XS650 and this tool I hate I had to buy to secure the lock washers with nuts (or whatever they are called) with ease. It's basically an adjustable shock wrench - I tried a shock wrench on my bike but it just wasn't reliable enough to get all the torque I needed. The adaptability of this tool was of great importance. And hey, if you lost your shock absorber, now you have it too.

2021 CBR300R

This tool made it easy to increase the preload on my 2021 CBR300R from setting #2 to setting #4. If you have a CBR300R and don't know which preload tool to choose, buy this one! Tip: Orient the tool on the preload ring/nut so that the tool handle is under the chain, not over it. This requires a bit more finesse, but allows you to clean the footpeg brace that would otherwise get in the way.

Pros
  • Designed to meet the needs of motorcyclists
Cons
  • Drill Kit
