Ride quality is good

These shock absorbers have been fitted for almost 6 months and so far I have had no problems with these shock absorbers. I installed them on my 2wd ram 2500 along with the alignment kit, the ride is definitely stiffer than the stock version but not harsh. I would recommend and will be purchasing a matching tail set soon.

Pros
  • It's amazing
Cons
  • Clarity

Perfect fit for my '03 1500 Level 2WD

I bought these for my 2003 1500 Level SLT 2WD and they worked great. The shocks I used previously were too short for a leveled truck and they are longer than the stock shocks that come with the 1500. They offer a nice ride, easy setup and I would highly recommend them.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Mostly OK but...

Not worth the money.

I've always heard these are excellent shock absorbers but to be honest I can't tell these shock absorbers apart from the factory removed shock absorbers after a year of use. The ones I took off had 250,000 miles on them. When I come over a speed bump, he swims and swims. I wish I could just put Monroe Magnums on it.

Pros
  • Sea of positive emotions
Cons
  • Reliability

Great shock absorbers: shock absorbers, struts and suspension

These are excellent shock absorbers for 03 Ram 2500, I have installed both front and rear. I was hesitant about using these or the factory dampers and am glad I went with them. They have more compression damping up front, which keeps the truck from jumping over big bumps. The rear handles lug impacts much better than the factory ones. I couldn't be happier.

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Original Shocks: Replacement Parts

I gave Bilstein shocks 5 stars because they are the best shocks I have ever bought for my Dodge diesel pickup. I bought shock absorbers from a well-known brand, but they didn't last long. My truck only bounced around when going over speed bumps at low speed, but once my Bilstein shocks were installed, the shocks kept everything under control. Excellent goods!

Pros
  • Easy Install
Cons
  • Upgrades

Great Ride in a Diesel Mega Cab

Great Ride. Just replaced my shock absorbers with them for the second time. The first time was at 30km, with a huge improvement in drivability. This kit surpassed 85,000 The rear started to leak but still rode well. Just put on my second set at 115,000 miles and once again I appreciate a great ride. I drive this truck daily and haul 6000 pounds (1000 miles a year) about 4 times a year. 2007 rear wheel drive Dodge Megacab Cummins.

Pros
  • Hands Free Operation
