🟡 Bilstein Yellow Shock Absorber 24-238526 Review

It may have fallen out of the box on delivery but one of the front shocks I ordered was missing fasteners. Directions are also mixed, it also had to use some OEM shock hardware (even the ones that came with some of the hardware).

Installed twice on my RAM 3500 and it still worked great. Had a Rancho 5000 and replaced it with Bilstein shocks day and night. Bilstein helped with the bumps of potholes and bumpy roads. The Rancho had no jump at all and my truck was like a rock. Big change so far.

I bought these because I thought I would improve driveability and limit some of the pogo effects on the front of my 2015 Ram (2500 standard height dual diesel 4WDs). I couldn't find any noticeable difference to the stock dampers. Disappointed, don't waste your money if you think the same.

The behavior of the RAM 3500 has changed noticeably, you could even say that they smoothed out sharp corners. I didn't order rear shocks as I have airbags, I tow a 42ft fifth wheel and not sure how useful they will be. To be honest front flat flat at 75/80psi and hard sidewalls is a big problem...
