Most of my experience with Black+Decker tools has been with power tools. So I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this screwdriver, but I assumed it would be a quality tool. My guess was right, it's a good tool, although I wouldn't call it great. In many ways, this is a regular screwdriver, except for the interchangeable bits.
