The label is a bit misleading -- it says both "100% Pure" and "3% dilution". Standard for an oil this rare would indeed be a 2 or 3% blend with a carrier oil (in this case, Fractionated Coconut Oil), so 6 drops Rose and the remaining 194 drops FCO. Very nice, authentic scent. In the description on the screen it mentions 2% dilution, and I believe this would be more accurate.
