Type of review

Was looking for a cheap PETG thread and ordered this. It was well vacuum packed and looked very good. However, initially the prints were full of cracks, threads, and the thread sometimes got stuck in the titanium thermal break. I wanted to write a negative review. However, the operating temperature turned out to be a problem. I installed a PT100 sensor and calibrated the printer nozzle to an accuracy of +/-0.5°C as the original Ender3 readings were 10-15°C (lower) based on the thermistor. The…

Has printed a lot of PSA in the last month and tried over 8 brands on Revain looking for the best cheap PETG filament. It's not like this. More strings and boogers than others I've tried. And this one seems to vary in diameter - sometimes tight in the Bowden tube, but sometimes it's ok. Leads to extrusion and delamination defects. The photo shows the last strip printed with this gray material and then switching to another cheap purple filament with no change in setup. The fastest PETG prints…

Usually good things aren't reliable

Delivered to my door for $17, it's pretty good. Unfortunately, the material is sometimes contradictory. The picture shows exactly the same part on the same printer (Prusa i3 MK3S) with the same program. The only difference is the coil, I got to a very nice blue-grey in the penultimate phase of this project. This is the third blue/grey roll and unfortunately compared to the other two this roll proved difficult to print on and very brittle. I'm going back to my favorite brand - Prusament…
