Warm jacket with removable lining, slits for summer. 5 removable armor pads. The first jacket had about 6 inches of seams that were torn, Revain replaced them very quickly.

This is my first riding jacket so I have nothing to compare it to but it is very good quality and good value for money. Maybe I should have gone up a size as it seems a bit small but I think that's on purpose. Offers good protection from the cold and wind, but haven't tried it in the summer yet.

Sturdy material and workmanship. Standard European armor. The aged leather looks nice but doesn't appear to have the holes or wear that other reviewers have described around. Lots of zippers and pockets. I'm looking for matching leather trousers. Unfortunately, the manufacturer no longer sells pants. Excellent price.

Fits perfectly. I'm somewhat ridiculous in proportions and in XL the sleeves are long which is good for cycling but when I'm not on the bike I look like a 6 year old growing into the sleeves. Seems very well done. To my surprise, the balaclava is not just a torso, it has full sleeves. The removable pads are also a bonus as they don't fit well and I find them uncomfortable. Received the jacket today and took it for an evening walk in windy Wyoming! I really love the jacket. protects very well from wind. comfortable and very stylish, also it's not all black like most jackets but as it's a light gray I'm still easy to see in darker environments. corresponds to its size grid. I am very satisfied with this poor comfortable warm jacket. I hope I never have to find out how well the protection actually works!

Definitely grey, not black. but it's ok and what i wanted. This is very similar to cowhide leather that has been waxed and then turned inside out to give it an aged and cracked appearance. It's not suede or rough fabric, but it has a softer feel. I've found that rubbing the top plate doesn't darken the color so much that it's noticeable, but it does help soften it. I just got my jacket and I have to say I'm glad I read all the reviews and did a lot of homework. This jacket is pretty amazing. Exceeds my expectations. took about 7 to 10 days to arrive. I've been riding bikes for over 40 years and own a lot of Bates, Joe Rocket, Alpinestars and MotoGP jackets so this isn't my first rodeo. I don't think this is a bad jacket for the price. It is real leather so not top or full grain leather. This means it feels hard, heavy, and rough rather than soft. It smells very strongly of chemicals.
