I was really excited when I saw these because I needed mounting points on my headboard. Imagine my surprise and dismay when I tried to install them and they didn't fit. My truck has lights in the rear of the body that are mounted right in front of where they are supposed to go. My bed was sprayed and the bedside lamp was stuck and cannot be removed without breaking it. That means they fit, but they don't fit. Other RAM that may not fit.

I bought a set of 4 to fit in the back of my 2016 Ram 1500. I now have a total of eight attachment points (four factory, four added). BullRing anchors set up quickly and feel strong once installed. If you have factory bedside lights near the tailgate you will need to loosen the light blocks to install the BullRing block, but it's only two screws and once installed the ring has plenty of room to maneuver. .I definitely recommend this product.

Bullring is of excellent quality and will certainly do the job. If you have spray-on bed pads, just make sure those rings aren't resting against the side of the bed. Not such a big deal as it doesn't affect its function, just bothers people with OCD. Also in my case I have a 17 year old sport with factory LED bed lights, they don't work with lights. 2018 frame with 4 factory holes on top sides of truck body. Note that if your Ram has factory LED lights in the cargo area next to the tailgate, you will not be able to install or use these mounting rings in these two locations. Ram Engineering may have been sleeping at the helm when designing these two mounts, as it appears you have a choice of factory LED bedside lights or using mounts, but not both. My review is more about Bull Ring's customer service than this product. The product idea itself is great. I placed a set of Bull Rings in the pocket holes on the rear top rail of my 2015 Ram. They work great and look great. Space can be used efficiently with these rings for the front inner corners of the bed. However, the installation was almost impossible with my lined texture spray. There have been some questions as to whether these Bull Ring bullets/weight attachments "in the box" would work with my '05 Dodge Ram 3500.
