Great stroller for small children.

Cons: - Seat belts are a bit fiddly and cheap - Make sure your kids aren't too big. The seat belts and legroom are only really suitable for kids under 38 inches tall and weighing 32 pounds. - For some reason the flag should only be used when the handle is down (sidecar position). Advantages: - Mounting on the bike is easy and safe. - Very light and easy to stretch. - Despite everything, it seems safe and durable.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Concise instructions

The only thing I would change is that I would buy a lounger after the fact because it takes a lot of effort, me to support baby's head when he falls asleep. But I will say it. . .we climb and negotiate curbs, bumpy terrain, all kinds of shit and my kid LOVES it and it gets stuck on the bike! and my 2.5 year old says it doesn't hurt when we ride. good product; expensive! but worth it IMHO :)

Pros
  • Lasting Test Results

My son loves to drive this trailer

I used to work at a sporting goods store where we sold them and I've seen people go back to buying Burley trailers after they've had one bought a cheaper alternative. The quality of the trailer makes a big difference in how often and how far your child wants to ride with you. I strap him in, load the baby bag behind him, and there's still room for toys to take to the park. I would recommend installing tires so you don't have to worry about punctures.

  • Very impressive

Top Quality Burley

Overall I like this product. If I could do it again, I'd get an X for the jump seats. I want to tilt the kids back about 10 degrees so they aren't so straight up and down. Does the suspension work, idk... maybe a little bit but I don't think the 5 point setting would be much better on the more expensive models. The only drawback is the width of the car. I have 2 and 4 year old and they seem tight to me. You still have room for a year or two, but no more. FYI, my 4 year old is in the 20% for his

The best trailer out there

We LOVE our Encore X trailer! We took it everywhere this summer! We originally had a Honey Bee but we think this trailer is worth the price because it's so much better! The suspension makes a huge difference, we live in rural Alaska with horrible roads and it makes the ride so smooth for them! Also the bench seat alone is worth a lot in my opinion, they sit straight and are so comfortable compared to the suspension seat where they leaned towards the middle and felt their backs were so…

  • Good stuff

Great product but poor ventilation.

Almost everything about this trailer is fantastic. It is very durable. Materials of excellent quality. It offers a very smooth ride for one person on a bike and kids in a trailer. My only complaint (and a big one) is the poor ventilation. The rear plastic window opens when air flows through the trailer while driving. But when stopping or driving slowly in areas with little wind or no wind (e.g. along our residential street), the air inside becomes stagnant and heats up very quickly. Especially…

  • Decent performance

  • Crumpled packaging

Breakthrough City Life

We live in Chicago with our 1.5 year old. Before she was born, we loved to ride our bikes along the lake. In the last year and a half we have taken to strolling along the lake shore with the stroller. Enough! When researching the possibilities of cycling with a toddler, I first compared the approach to a fixed seat and a special bike trailer. Consumer Reports says that a bike trailer is a safer option because of the child's closer height to the ground. I also liked the idea that we could drive…
