    Runs from a Linux package

    high speed device but slower than other similar devices. Amazingly easy installation for Linux Ubuntu 16.04 and 20.04: just plug it in! The drivers are already present in the 4.15 and 5.4 kernels.

    It's good for the price

    Plug 'n Play for Nintendo Switch

    What else do you need? Switch saw it and plugged it in right away. Why pay more? It has a blue USB-3, but the switch only supports a wired USB 2/100Mbps connection, but it's a solid connection compared to WiFi. Plus: It works with any PC.     Mainly suitable for Nintendo Switch

    I bought this because I was tired of dealing with lag while playing Smash Bros online. This works pretty well. The only problem is that I will still have occasional connection issues (very rarely). For me it shows up on boot which is usually fast but sometimes won't connect or takes a little time. I have fiber optics so it could be a signal but it's unlikely. Maybe you could find a better one for more bucks, but this works for me and my limited usage app.

    This worked fine to replace my faulty ethernet port on my motherboard. I plugged it into a USB 3 port, connected a Cat 6E cable and turned the device on. Windows 10 used generic drivers to get basic connectivity, then I updated the driver and got full speed, testing speeds up to 1Gbps over my fiber optic connection.
