I finally bought a proper track set for my 42" Drop Down Cruiser Longboard and I was instantly hooked. The carvings are amazingly smooth (oily smooth actually) and the overall design of these trucks is solid and looks good great looking. The only criticism I have is that all the colored ones like the red ones I bought will eventually wear out. I would recommend the "raw", unpainted version more than any colored ones. This is a big improvement over my beginner board. To be quite fair though the jacks were a bit noisy but for the price I would say it's optimal but I would suggest adding a little extra bucks to your budget to get better jacks. For the bushings I have medium sized Orangan nipples which only cost about $15 but are definitely worth it. With these two additions, my board now rides smoother than before.
