excellent desk weak keyboard tray

excellent desk. Looks great and is easy to assemble. The only drawback is the keyboard drawer. It should be about 1 inch or maybe 1.5 inches wider. I have an ergonomic keyboard and I can't close the compartment with the keyboard on it. I have to put the keyboard on the table and then close it. And the keyboard design is not very durable. The screws that attach the parts that attach the tray to the table are not tight or are of a length that does not allow for strength. I lean very carefully on…

The company does not exist! Carefully.

Do not buy this product. We just built it, but one part doesn't work properly. We tried calling the company's number to have them send us the piece. There should be a guarantee on the table. When we called we had different departments to choose from as if the company was big. I chose the Warranty/Parts department. I received a male voicemail. It was very versatile. He did this by leaving his name but I left a message and didn't get a call back. I called twice more. Eventually I called and…

Great for a small apartment - 10 year limited warranty

Update: It's been six months and parts of the keyboard tray are starting to fall apart. Now it sometimes falls off completely. Spare parts requested online from the manufacturer and accidentally received in the mail after 2 weeks. It's worth noting that the table comes with a 10-year limited warranty! Update on the downgrade star: After a few months, the keyboard tray started creaking. In addition, the friend realized that it was too small for him, which caused his neck to hurt. Got this table…

Brand new, damaged table.

I did not expect my table to be of high quality but I did expect my new table to be delivered in MINT condition. how is it. So I was really curious to see how this thing was put together, but after I opened it up and started pulling everything out, I noticed that the corner of the table was chipped off like it had been dropped before shipping. Again, the packaging was in perfect condition, so I can't say it was damaged in transit. 2 of the shelf hooks were also bent and had to be straightened a

Form and Function!: Furniture

I've recently become mobile and work from home so I needed a proper desk to spend my 9 hours at. I just got it yesterday, came pretty quickly so I haven't had it for a long time but so far 4 hours I like it. As you can see in the picture I have one of those long curved screens. It goes well with a table with extensions. I'm 5'4" and the keyboard drawer is in a good place, but I also don't mind putting the keyboard on the table. As far as I can tell, that's the ideal height indeed. Laptop…

Not as good as expected. Nothing for big, heavy computers.

I wanted to love this table and adjustable shelves would be a good idea but unfortunately the computer it ran on was too heavy for them. As a result, the shelf swung up and down. The nervous tension of seeing a computer worth over $1,500 bounce and wobble! So we had to put it on the floor, which I really didn't want to do. Now I need to find or build a platform for it. Since we are in dire need of a desk right now and it fits the space where we need it, we decided to keep it. If I had known…

The keyboard tray is very small.

Since they seem to be mixing reviews of all these options, this review is about Calico Design's Children's Convertible Art/Computer Desk in Ashwood/Graphite 51240. It's a decent desk, especially for the price. But there are 3 big caveats: 1. This will be shipped via USPS. God bless our postal service and all their hard work, but they just aren't equipped to deliver large packages. It took over 2 weeks for our table to arrive (and we live on the same subway as the camp!). The postman didn't want

Great table for little money

In short, for under $100 this is a 5 star table; for >$100 it's a four star table. I like the movable shelves, the solid construction, and the color/aesthetics. However, it has some drawbacks in terms of keyboard tray and PC stand. Read on for more information. Construction: Fairly strong powder coated metal legs, chipboard table and shelves with a very nice laminated finish. Judging by the photos I thought the shelves were metal but that's the same material as the table. I was very…

Sizing Information

The distance between the surface of the keyboard tray and the lowest obstacle above it is 4 centimeters (1.57 inches). If your mouse or keyboard is larger than this size, you will not be able to fully retract the tray. I have a Logitech G600 MMO mouse and a CM Storm Quickfire TK keyboard (15 inches long). They both fit within the available 51cm length and there is enough room to move the mouse around comfortably, but both are too big and I can never slide the tray all the way in. If you know of
