The gate itself is fine but we had to improvise with some details as they weren't included. Round bolts and spacers were missing. We went to the home depot to get the closest one we could find. To me this is the best gate design on the market for a number of reasons. First things first: when open, there is nothing to step over. There is absolutely no risk of tripping.
