The pump fits perfectly and works like clockwork. We ended up buying a new pulley because we ruined the old one by trying to get it off the old pump with the wrong tools (wish that pump came with your pulley!). I would buy again

Bought to replace a very leaking pump that I paid a mechanic to replace. That's why I have trust issues. Dummy bought a pump, glued it onto my stock tank and glued it together with RTV gasket. I'm lucky my steering wheel didn't freeze. Don't skimp on this renovation. Buy the whole pump, it's cheap compared to what can happen if it fails.

I found a 2002 Chevy Silverado 5.3L that was approx level so I took it apart, went to Oriley and bought a rebuilt, came home and the rear bolts were wrong and they tried to change them but they were tight. It was the same in the autozone, I ordered it, it fit and works well with no modifications

Installed on my 05 Sierra 1500 SLE 5.3L. Fits perfectly. Outstanding quality for the price. I first threw away $40 on the remaining pump and then tried to reuse the old tank. However, the old tank had rust everywhere on the sealing surface. When I installed the repair pump and loaded everything into the truck, it emptied the tank in a minute or two. After reading all the other reviews I decided to get a new pump. I was a bit hesitant due to one review that had a fit issue and others said the quality was satisfactory. It's a big job and I only wanted to do it once. The pump is new and of the same or better quality than the original pump that was replaced. The fit was good but tight. One of the fit reviews mentioned the need to enlarge the holes in the mounting bracket as they didn't line up exactly with the holes on the pump. At first I…
