Carter m4891 Fuel System

So far, so good. A month ago I installed the pump, everything works. It appears to be well built and should last a long time.

Not the real Carter. in Mechanical Fuel Pumps

The item came in the official Carter box but it is clear that it is not a Carter compared to a real Carter fuel pump (see photo), which also had to be done manually Tap half of the holes. The product really works.

Only 2psi fuel pressure.

I ordered this pump to replace a high displacement factory pump on a '79 Camaro Z28. I also installed a fuel pressure sensor. This pump only generated 2 pounds of pressure. (Factory pressure was 4.5psi). I have used Carter's before and they have been good. this must have been defective.

Terrible, DO NOT buy!

Terrible! DO NOT BUY THIS PART OR FROM THIS COMPANY! Save money and spend it elsewhere. This part took a week and a half longer than stated. a week in the same condition. Well it's a joke. You have to work on your business because it's terrible. I do not recommend anything!
