Since the launch of Shopvac it has become difficult to find filters that fit my Shopvac. Big stores no longer have AA filters for my Shopvac so I bought them. They work fine.

I really didn't want to turn this down but I don't know how else to say the description is wrong. It doesn't fit my Shop-Vac Brute E87S450 so I can't tell if these are good or bad filters.

This store bought vacuum cleaner filter was perfect to replace the very old one in my vacuum cleaner. It's actually better than the filter that was already in it, which was papery and flimsy. This filter has a much stronger texture and lasts much longer. After I started vacuuming, I ended up going to dry cleaning. I definitely recommend this filter.

Should have an end cap for this price. I don't have the old stub so it's useless. The filter is too big for my 5 liters. 87S550A shop vacuum cleaner. If I buy an extra foam filter maybe that filter will fit without the 3/4 inch space around it. I'll try to tape or cut a circle to put the tape where the end cap goes so it sucks through the filter. Filter Came in a padded bag with protruding wires due to postage.

For people who are pissed that the kit doesn't come with an end cap, the cap literally says "don't throw away" in multiple languages so what's up with you. The vacuum cleaner looks like new, arrived undamaged and stood without any fuss. Since Shop-Vac no longer exists as a brand, these spare parts will be worth their weight in gold in the future. I just wish someone would suggest a washable HIPA filter.

The quality of this filter is inferior to original equipment but for the price you get what you pay for. I didn't like how it was sent. Will be sent in a plastic bag without a box. The filter arrived crushed due to the round shape that was supposed to fit. Because there are thin metal components, they had to be pushed back before they could fit around the vacuum inlet fitting. A slightly more accidental effort during shipping could have resulted in me receiving a damaged item.
