Better than Silverstone!

I've tried several nonstick pans after years of pondering. I usually prefer dishes that aren't covered in silverstone because the story is always the same. Because of the coating, pans shouldn't get too hot, which is absurd for cookware. Regardless of the temperature, the coating will wear off after repeated use. There's only one place this coating can get - in my food! Silverstone cannot be eaten, so I am concerned about how it could affect my family's health. This item was the only pan I…

Pros
  • INDUCTION KITCHEN: Developed for your new induction hob. The 5-layer stainless steel construction ensures a long service life. With its long stainless steel handle, this pan is ideal for every cook and every hob.
Cons
  • Can I add something

I've waited years to review this pan. I've been making light eggs for myself and an omelette for my wife 6 days a week for over 3 years now. I've never had any sticking or peeling issues. It takes a few minutes to heat up to cooking temperature as the metal is thick. I usually use kitchen spray, but this works great with butter or olive oil. My only complaint is that it's not perfectly flat. I have a slightly thicker center and need to direct the egg mixture when making the omelette. Not so hot

Pros
  • HIGH THREADS PREVENT TROUBLESHOOTING: Thanks to the high ribs surrounding the hob, food can move during cooking. This reduces the risk of food spilling out of the pot onto the hob while cooking.
Cons
  • Appearance

This item is beautiful and shiny with a high gloss finish and is very thick as it should be. It's a good steel (maybe 8 or 9) and makes a good, professional cook. Stainless steel has always been the best way for me to cook, and good cooking is best done on good, thick stainless steel. And this thing is thick with a good hefty weight. If it's too thin it will look like…
