The program is very beneficial to my practice as I use it almost daily during the day for charting, keeping an E/B ratio etc., but its benefit goes way beyond being simply just computerized medical records! I like that it has an option to get my insurance information in order, so when they call me about scheduling or billing issues there is no confusion as far what we need pay with our health care plan! It's not easy getting this info without having someone do all these steps each time you use them which makes things more difficult than necessary sometimes if its just one thing needed from another program - but overall very helpful tool!! I like how easy it is to use, you can see everything at once without scrolling around too much! It's helpful because there are different types that show up from time-to--time so if one doesn't work as well or fit with what they're doing then another will be brought into play quickly enough where we don’t have any issues anymore!!
