Great EHR software with excellent customer service

I like the way it keeps everything organized in one place. There are many different components including patient portal, scheduling, billing, etc. It also makes it easier for me to access all of my information at once. I dislike how sometimes there can be a lag time between when I send an email or fill out a form and when it gets saved into the system. We are using Chirotouch primarily as our electronic health record. The main benefit has been being able to have all of our patient records…

Very intuitive and simple - great resource !

I love how easy it was for me as my techy self with little experience using this program in regards to patient information/records! It's very user friendly which helped out alot when looking through all of our records from being at different facilities over time!! Nothing really bad about anything but what i did like best would have been if they had more options or functions available so we could filter better by certain things (e.g., allergies). Great Patient Portal Solution For Small Businesses

I like how easy it was for my staff members who are not tech savvy at all! It's very user friendly but also has some advanced options as well if needed (which we didn't use). The system doesn’t always sync with other systems which can be frustrating when trying communicate patient information between providers or offices in different states/countries etc.. Sometimes there will have issues syncing up after updating info from another provider office so make sure your team knows what they're…
