Good product but takes some getting used to.

I just received this 9" #7 circular needle and I use it everyday to knit teddy bears for charity. It takes a little getting used to such a short circular knitting needle, but it's not. needle error! For circular knitting from slightly too small for a longer circle, that's fine and I prefer the circular double stitch. In general I would say that such a short circle is not as easy to work with as a longer one and the needle section is very short so it has to be knitted with your fingertips so to…

This short needle is ideal for working sleeves, ankles, socks and hat crowns. If you have difficulty with DPN or want to knit faster, this needle is for you. The needles are made of smooth molded bamboo, the cables are flexible and the metal connectors do not stick to the yarn. The tree slows me down

I love, love, love wood. So I tried them and in fact I own a whole set of needles from this brand. This particular purchase was made simply because I couldn't find the size I needed in any other carrier. Wood, while pleasing to my senses, noticeably slows my progress.
