FINALLY FOOTBALL!

None of the cute "high tech" indoor antennas have ever worked, but this bad boy turns on ALL the transmitters! And he's still inside, just sitting on the table by the TV. I always bought the "latest best" hand and some other antennas and never dice. All my stations are 30 miles away in the country. Fumbling with them, I could only find the next one. But after assembling this and putting it on the table, I tuned the TV to the "easiest" channel on 70%, clicked the remote to scan - and I now get…

Beware of mislabeled Clearstream 4s labeled and shipped as 4V!

It would be nice, but both times they sent me "this" antenna, instead of 4V they sent me the usual 4V. My first technician installed it on the roof following my instructions, he didn't even know it was the wrong one. I'll find out when I get home, so now I have to remove it myself and lost $40 in the process (because I originally paid someone to install it so I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle). Look closely at other customer photos and the Revain photo. The 4V has an additional horizontal

Great indoor antenna when you're near towers

This top-notch antenna is for a good reason! I tried a Costco antenna and it didn't pick up as many channels. I'm 4 miles from the towers and put it in a window overlooking them. Due to the orientation of the towers, I got a much better signal pointing it at the curtain (see image) rather than the window. I suspect some people are having problems with their antennas, not realizing how delicate modern (digital) TV signals are. The location of the antenna is of great importance. Most important of

Not all antennas are created equal

No antenna picks up all signals from all directions. Each one serves a very specific purpose, and if you're expecting them to do something different, you might be disappointed. Please note that this or a similar antenna may not be sufficient to receive all desired channels. This antenna, and in my opinion this applies to all flat panel HDTV antennas, is NOT omnidirectional. Online reviews often list them as omnidirectional, but manufacturers are much more cautious in their descriptions. The…

60 miles from the city and connected to major networks!

I live about 60 miles north of Pittsburgh. Not in a valley, but not on a hill either, but surrounded by tall pine trees. I was ready to give up Direct TV because we never watched it and were tired of paying for it. However, I wanted to skip the local news, so I did a lot of antenna research. At first I thought it was hopeless for us because we live so far away from the city. I've spoken to several people in my area who have tried unsuccessfully to use the antenna. I returned a few before trying

Good bad bad! ——> BUY A SILENCER FOR THE NEXT STRONG STATIONS!

GOOD1. Worked better than one of those flat rectangular antennas. (The rectangular Channel Master is still pretty good.). Various review sites like Wired are correct that this antenna is good.2. The cable comes with easy-swivel handles for attachment. Just use your fingers. Much better than the old type that requires perfectly sized open-end wrenches.3. The cable is separate and not built-in, meaning less wear and tear and the ability to use a different cable if you wish.4. Elegant round…

I installed this outdoor antenna and got amazing results! Mounting the antenna is not difficult, but of course it all depends on your skill. Previously, with internal antennas of all possible types and configurations, I was only able to see 20 channels and probably see 4 (maximum) without serious pixelation all the time. Watching sports became frustrating and was the last straw that motivated me to buy the best outdoor antenna I could find. I have a dense tree population and reception is better

A very good antenna when properly tuned.

I researched a TON of OTA antennas before I bought this antenna. I'm glad I did. I wanted to reduce cable programming. Before purchasing this ClearStream 2V I also used a 9 x 9 inch bladed OTA antenna purchased from Costco that you tape/attach to the window. I had this in a guest room that was not hooked up to cable TV. On the 2nd floor. At my location (in San Diego) I am in the middle of about 4-5 TV tower farms. With all this, I received +30 channels with a cheaper antenna. The new…
