Idiot Design

This type of product requires the hose to be connected to the top of the connector so you can connect it to the top of a typical vertical outlet with two outlets under the sink, leaving the second, lower outlet free for the dishwasher. However, because this product tucks under the plug, it blocks both outlets, preventing you from plugging your dishwasher into a second outlet. Please check the specifications of this product carefully before ordering. There is no point in anyone designing a…

Not UL approved. See Waste Disposal and Parts

While this product will perform as expected, it is not marked on the plug-in power adapter. The manufacturer/seller states in the answers above that they are UL recognized. UL Market Watch checked and found no record of this company. They also state that all non-UL marked products are considered non-UL Recognized. Revain must consider this company's claim along with other electrical products that are not certified by nationally recognized testing laboratories.

Also ideal for hot tubs!

Just the right size for my hot tub. Something that drives the bathtub motor was clogged or dirty and I couldn't access the inside of the bathtub without removing the tile. I took a chance and thought the same mechanism might work for my bathroom and it worked! I simply plugged the bathtub motor into a switch and the switch into an outlet. I found a new location for the button that didn't require any tub or tile drilling and it started working the same as before. So easy to install and works…

Only 4 months old, barely working

Initially I really liked this Cleesink garbage chute air switch. It took very little finger pressure to activate erasing. But over time, the switch requires more and more pressure. Now you have to push it more than an inch for it to turn recycling on, and there's every indication it's completely stalling every day - just four months since I bought it. Installation is easy but requires lying on your back. under the sink try to bypass some pipes and recycle. to avoid pain. Unfortunately, while…

Amazing price and yes it works.

Compared to similar air switches that cost 2-4 prongs more. Received it today and tried it to make sure it works and works. Wonderful. For kitchen renovations or new construction, it's cheaper than plugging in a hog/trash switch. Just ordered another pair for our flips. What is not. 1: Additional outlet for hot water dispenser. Hey it's a desert, we can get cool enough cold or hot water. :) If your application requires it, this is not an air switch for your application. 2: All different color…

Granite Sink: Rough Plumbing

It worked well. It was bigger than my old one so I had to drill a bigger hole. I had it plugged into an overhead outlet that required the switch to be on to work. This only works with the lower derailleur and does not cover the upper fork. Otherwise, if you put it on the top socket, you will cover the bottom plug and you won't have space to operate the dishwasher. Now my dishwasher is on the switch. No big deal as the switch is always on. I just liked the fact that I had the added ability to…

Super easy install - works great

I shared the electrical switch with the water filter and dishwasher. This required my device to be mounted on its own switch, and that's where this kit comes in. I'm not a very practical person, but it was very easy. I used a hole saw that I also bought from Amazon (LENOX Tools Hole Saw with Arbor, Speed Slot, 1-1/4-Inch (1772491)) to drill a hole in the kitchen sink. The switch itself fits perfectly in this hole. From there, all you have to do is plug in the handset and plug it into an…
