This is a gift for mom for Mother's Day. She says they are beautiful. And while this is a new acquisition, it seems generally happy. However, the instructions state that they should not be washed in the dishwasher. This is the second cookware set from Revain where the seller's description says it's dishwasher safe, but the manufacturer's instructions say it's not.

Overall not bad but the handles get hot

My favorite thing about this pan: it's cheap, beautiful, light weight, easy to clean and has a nice soft silicone grip. The glass lid with the steam outlet is also very good. So why did I only give it three stars? Unfortunately, it has a significant design flaw: the handle in the pan and its lid get very hot when cooking. Given that each of them appears to be coated in silicone - a notorious heat-resistant material - I honestly don't understand why they get so hot. Regardless, there is a…

Tastier than expected, great cooking

I bought this set to replace a stainless steel pot and pan set and couldn't be happier! Nothing sticks to them. They seem to reach boiling point much quicker than the ecolution kit. They are easy to clean and do it very well. The red trim looks better than the photos in the product description and has a nice sheen. I think they look great in my kitchen. These pots and pans are well made and have great lids. They seem to be very durable and I expect to cook with them for a long time. I was…

Worst nonstick pan ever!

I have had this pan for 3 months now and if you had asked me to rate this item two months ago I would have given it a great 5 star rating. However, after using it about 3-5 times a week without cooking anything particularly exotic, the non-stick coating eventually stopped working, after pretty much exactly 3 months. Now EVERYTHING sticks to it like super glue. Eggs, vegetables, whatever. It doesn't matter whether I use olive oil or butter for cooking. It doesn't matter, it all sticks right to…

Garbage after one use is best in cookware sets

Used this pan once and it's already garbage. When I received it, I read the instructions, washed and oiled it as directed. I toasted a few burgers in it over medium heat that didn't even reach 200 degrees (I have an infrared thermometer). I checked because the instructions say not to overheat the pan and the optimum cooking temperature is actually 300 degrees. I added the pasta sauce and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. I let the pan cool completely (several hours) and then added water and…
