The best feature is that it makes my life easier when I'm sending files to colleagues around the world. It's very easy to use, and you get immediate feedback about whether documents were sent or not. It doesn't have as many features as competitors like FileCloud. I can send files to colleagues using this program without having to worry if they've got the correct software installed. The ease of use is one thing that I appreciate about this software. It's very easy to set up and get started with in just minutes! We have been able to streamline our document management process by using Coretag. There aren't any downsides that we've come across yet but if there was anything they would be minor things like maybe having some additional templates available for certain file types or perhaps adding an option to add an image in addition to text when uploading files.
