Well made robe. I ordered my normal Medium but it needed 1 to 2 inches more in the chest and 1 to 2 more in length. The hood was perfect!

Fits as expected and with this design you have many options for future costumes. I would give 5 stars if it had a pocket and if the material was a bit more breathable but all in all we will probably own multiple of these in different colors. Very versatile!

I quite enjoyed wearing my monk's robes to the Ren-fair! Easy to throw on over shorts, t-shirt, and tennis shoes, but still look period!My only nit-picks with the product: the sleeves and bottom hem were really long, but rolled or hiked up easily enough; the fit was OK, but pretty tight across my shoulders; and the belt could've been longer.Overall, I think it looked pretty good and I very much enjoy that it is a simple costume that is fairly timeless across all periods. Very impressive quality! I was pleasantly surprised! I'm 5'10" and 185 lbs and the medium fits PERFECTLY. Like it was tailored for me. The cross is nicely made and the rope tie is ample in length and VERY soft. 100% satisfied with this purchase.

This is perfect. I'm 5'6" and I got a size L just to be safe. It's huge! Drags along the ground and sleeves extend past my hands. For my uses, this is perfect. I just didn't want it to fit tight at all. I'll be using this for various photo/video/costume proposes for years.

This is a nice weight polyester gaberdine. Not heavy. Steam this or use a cool iron because it will get shiny if you use a hot iron. The robe is separate from the hood. The belt is a long piece of thick soft cotton rope knotted at each end. The cross that came with it is about 4"x2 1/2". It would lend itself better to a large rosary hanging from the belt rather than around the neck with the addition of cord and dark wood beads. Wore it in a Bock beer parade. The only issue is that the hood was pretty floppy and it was difficult to keep it on my head. That's my review.

Really loved this for a Halloween costume! The color was a good deep wine red and the fit wasn't too large. It was a little long but I was able to fix it up so it was comfortable to wear!

I am impressed with the quality of the fabric and the assembly of the material. I am a female about 5'5", 130 lbs and the men's small fits me just fine. The rope belt is the real deal and the cross and chain are decent also. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase!

Yep it is a monk outfit.Very thin fabric. You can see the tee shirt I was wearing under it. I am 6' 240 lbs and the xxl was great around the chest but way to long in the legs. The xl is tight on my chest but great on the legs.

I'm very pleased with this costume and for a reasonable price. I'm 5'7 and weigh 185 lbs. and the garb fits nicely; I purchased the large wine version. The fabric does feel a little itchy though, but hopefully clothing underneath will combat this feeling. I was the Beau of Satan's Ball with this costume. I'm a bigger dude and got the 2XL. The robe runs long but is fine. If you're like me and have wide shoulders that could be an issue when taking the robe off. Even a 1/4 zip on the back would have been great.Also, pretty sure the rope doesn't change with the size of the robe you order. Arrived on time and looked exactly like the picture. I only wish it was a little longer, I’m 6’ and it went down the mid ankle.

It's okay. the XXL did fit me well for 6'3 and over 220 lbs.However, the color is lighter than the picture, the waist robe doesn't look as good, and the material is pretty cheap.
