Fits wrenches

Thoughtful design to add a locking feature to a wrench but not sure it would work better than pliers. Everyone probably already has one of these.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Zero

Lung only, if any.

Tried to use this after crescent wrench slipped off. It offered no more grip than advertised. That and the adjustable ratchet wrench couldn't even loosen the oil pan plug.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons

Why did it take me so long to realize this tool exists?

What a great invention, better than a traditional vise especially if the nut or bolt is in good condition before you start. No slipping or damage to the nut/bolt head.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • Almost never

Not what I was hoping for

I bought this hoping it would be a great all round tool for my tractor toolbox. The tool feels good in the hand, but after a few uses I found that it didn't hold the nut's size at all. I had to constantly fiddle with it so as not to round off the nut's shoulders. It was so frustrating that it was soon replaced by Crescent Locking Pliers.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything is fine

I REALLY LOVE THIS THING!

This thing is damn cool. I got so tired of using a crescent wrench that came loose as I used it. Now I can let go of the thing and it stays in place. This comes in handy especially when I need to grab the nut and lean the handle against something to loosen the end of the bolt on the other side with an impact wrench or reamer to keep it from turning easily.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Very strong grip fits wrenches

This is exactly what I needed: a strong grip. I bought a regular key and the handle wasn't nearly as strong, I had to return it. I change shower heads, the screw is really good for maintaining water pressure, this tool helped. It's pretty solid, be careful where you put your finger so it doesn't get caught between the grip and the trigger.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • No instructions

Very limited range of wrenches

I expected much more from this product and brand. The adjustable part works well, but the vise part puts a little pressure on the nut even after critical moments have been spent adjusting it as tight as possible before tightening. The added bulkiness of the clamp further limits usability. This tool is the last of my options, a simple adjustable handle or vise is preferred.

Pros
  • tools and household goods
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

The Crescent and Craftsman brands are identical products

The Craftsman and Crescent 10 inch adjustable wrench share the same shape with the only difference being that the Craftsman has a black release lever. Both are made in the same Chinese factory. Great tool for any box, especially a mobile or emergency box. millions of uses. Buy what is cheaper. Update 8/2/2020: These wrenches are only slightly more effective than regular adjustable wrenches. So hardly better than scrap.

Pros
  • Power tools and hand tools
Cons
  • Some minor things

Works best with wrenches

more than I got. Looks good but tends to loosen after a few turns of the same nut. If you can put it on and leave it on until the nut or bolt loosens it's fine, but I got it as a replacement for the weld gas valve and I can't turn the wrench all the way without removing and installing it. When I do this I have to adjust the size before re-clamping. After a few turns it gets a bit uncomfortable. Almost the same as a normal wrench. Not worth the money for what I use it for.

Pros
  • wrenches
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something I expected
